SPECIAL SHIPPING/DELIVERY NOTICES ON SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS

SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS ARE:

1. Hand-embroidered pillows have the following Special Shipping Terms: In stock pillows should ship within 3 days. However, if they are out of stock - it could take 4 weeks for shipment. This item is considered a special order, there are no refunds on them.
2. Hand-pointed table lamps have the following Special Shipping Terms: In stock lamps should ship within 3 days. However, if they are out of stock - it could take 4 weeks for shipment. This item is considered a special order, there are no refunds on them.

 

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please be sure to double check that all your information is properly entered and that you are ordering what you truly want.

 

Shipping/Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed (weekends excluded). Once the package is dropped off, Art of Monkey Biz aka Ouro Maji LLC, has no control over shipping. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days.
